This AikSow Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between AikSow  and Affiliate Partner. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your participation in the AikSow Affiliate Program pursuant to which you may earn performance-based compensation through approved promotional methods that display or direct end users to participating websites and that result in Qualifying Events (as defined below).

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program and responsibilities:

a. Affiliate agrees to apply for the Company’s Affiliate Program and provide accurate and complete information.
b. AikSow reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
c. Affiliates must follow the policies of the company while promoting the products and services.
d. affiliate is not allowed to show him representative of the company and make promises and guarantees of products and services on behalf of the Company without any prior written approval.
d. Affiliate will not use the Company trademarks, logos, and other branding elements for the purpose of promoting the Third-Party products or services that are not listed on the company’s website
e. affiliate will not display company-related content and links on sites and applications that relate to pornography, Terrorism, hate-related, Religious, and promote sex and extremism, or illegal activities.
f. The Company grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarks and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting the Company’s products/services.
g. Affiliates refrain from using any redirect to any other third-party website application or link without prior permission
h. It is clarified that all rights, titles, and interests of the company’s intellectual property will remain with the AikSow . The affiliate cannot acquire any ownership rights in the trademarks or other intellectual property through their participation in the affiliate program.
I. Upon termination of the agreement, the affiliate may be required to promptly return or destroy any materials containing the merchant’s intellectual property.
J. The affiliate may be required to indemnify the AikSow against any claims or damages arising from the affiliate’s unauthorized use of the AikSow intellectual property.

2. Commissions

a. Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link.
b. Commissions are subject to change at the Company’s discretion with prior notice to the Affiliate.
c. Payments are often made through methods like bank transfers, checks, or electronic payment systems.
d. The commission will not be paid on the Sales Return

3. Payment

a. Commissions will be paid monthly via [payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer].
b. Minimum payout threshold is Rs.1000

5. Marketing and Promotion
a. Affiliate agrees to use marketing materials provided by the Company.
b. Affiliate will not engage in spamming, misrepresentation, or any form of unethical promotion.

6. Intellectual Property

a. The Company grants Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its trademarks and marketing materials for the sole purpose of promoting the Company’s products/services.

7. Termination

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice.
b. Termination will result in the forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

8. Confidentiality

a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during the term of this Agreement.

9. Limitations of company Liabilities

a. The company is only showing the products of sellers listed on the channel and does not commit any promise for the unavailability, quality, and results of the product usage
