When a customer selects the product to buy Estimated delivery time is mentioned for all items.

When the Customer goes to checkout payment options will be displayed, the customer can pay via Debit/Credit cards, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, or cash on delivery select one suitable option.  

once the account is opened on Aiksow it is for a lifetime. The account will be closed permanently if the customer’s information does not match.

No, the Aiksow account is completely free, there is no annual fee. For Seller/Vendor, there is a very nominal fee only when the sell .

Customer will get an order confirmation email and invoice as the order is placed

The customers should preferably provide their mobile number because OTP will be sent for registration.

Yes, you can find the details of your order in the My Account order section or can Track your order from order tracking after the order confirmation email you will receive.

  • Browse the website https://aiksow.pk/ and on the Top right corner is My Account if want to Register as a seller https://aiksow.pk/vendor-register/ click on Sell with Aiksow.
  • Download the Aiksow mobile app from the Play Store or Apple Store and Register your Account in a few steps.

No, registration requires the account holder to have a valid CNIC.

If you are a buyer you have to prove yourself with a registered mobile number by OTP with a single CNIC. But if you are a Seller/Vendor only one account can be open on one CNIC.

Aiksow does not facilitate the resellers. Only five products can be bought in order, in the case of variable products customers can buy each variable item in one order.
